General Questions

The time it takes us to complete a pressure washing job depends on how much you want done, and how much square footage is involved. Typically services take anywhere from one hour to four hours to complete; adding more services and more square footage can increase the job length. It can also take shorter or longer depending on how long it has been since your home’s last clean. If you would like to know a more accurate estimate, don’t hesitate to email us with your job specifications, and we’ll get you an answer! We’ll schedule around your preferences and needs, just let us know.

Our prices are based on a few different things; square feet, type of surface being cleaned, and how grimy aforementioned surface happens to be. If you would like a more specific answer for your project, send us an email or call us with your information and we can get you an itemized quote.

Yes, according to the National Association of Realtors, pressure washing can add $10,000 to $15,000 to the sale price of your home! Not to mention, you’ll feel better about how your house and outdoor spaces look.

It is best to have your house, driveway and patio pressure washed at least once a year to help expand the lifetime, but to also protect your home from costly repairs and replacements down the line. It is certainly less expensive to wash and maintain concrete, siding, and decks than it is to replace them.

Our small business offers a great, professional clean, with a more personalized approach. We know that every home is different, and every homeowner has different preferences and needs. We offer contactless services*, in-person and personal services**, and just about everything in between. Just let us know what you want and what you prefer, and we’ll make it work! 

* For contactless services, we can send all of your information online, through texts/email. We can estimate your quote remotely, perform our services without personal contact, and accept contactless forms of payment. 

** For a more personal experience, we can estimate your quote in person, greet you before a job, and deliver your invoice to you personally. 

You do not need to be home at all for your services to be done, but you being home does not impact the job either way. The only thing we ask from you is to make sure your windows and doors are all shut/locked and provide access to a working water spigot. Also, depending on the job, all vehicles should be out of the way. If vehicles have not been moved from the service area, we cannot properly pressure wash.

Pressure washing is possible while it’s raining, but it severely impacts the quality of the finished job. Since we at Superpower Wash don’t believe in subpar work, we do not provide our services in the rain. If we believe it could rain on your scheduled day, we’ll contact you to see when you would like to reschedule for. If you’d like to reschedule your appointment for any reason, always let us know as soon as possible; we’ll reschedule you anytime that is convenient for you.

Superpower Wash DOES use your water. If we do not have access to an outdoor water source, we cannot complete a job at your property. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

Yep! Whether your house has well water or not, it should not have any affect on the effectiveness of the job. If you have any specific concerns, you can let us know by contacting us.

Please make sure that all windows are closed and locked, all vehicles are out of the way, and that there is clear access to water. We’ll send you an email with any specific instructions prior to our scheduled appointment. If there are any specific concerns you have, don’t hesitate to contact us. We can make any necessary adjustments to accommodate your needs. 

Services Info

We offer services for siding types such as vinyl, wood, aluminum, brick, cement and more. The soft wash method allows us to gently clean your siding and make it look brand new again. This service also includes exterior gutter cleaning, but does not include the inside of the gutters. This also does not include a roof cleaning. Please let us know if you would like additional services such as rust removal, gutter brightening (which is an enhancing effect for your gutters), or a roof wash, as these are not included in any of our primary services.

This wash can include driveways, sidewalks, walkways, and just about anything concrete. We do not typically include concrete garage flooring in our quote pricing, so if you would like this done please let us know. This also does not include rust removal, so if you would like rust to be removed from your concrete, please let us know before your appointment. 

Our patio wash can include any stone, cement, or brick patio surfaces. This does not include rust removal, so if you would like rust removed from your patio surfaces, please let us know before your appointment. 

The deck wash includes professional cleaning of any wooden porch, deck, or exterior structure. This service does not include any type of paint removal, staining service, or refinishing. This service is only to remove algae, moss, and grime from the wood. 

Our fence wash service includes any type of fencing; vinyl, wooden, stone, or metallic. This service is only to remove algae, grime, and moss that may have accumulated on a fence. 

Soft washing is what we use to clean all surfaces except for concrete. It generally means using a solution and low pressure to avoid damaging your property, while also offering a high quality clean. 

Payment/Billing

You can pay for your services in almost any way you’d like! We will email your invoice on the day of your scheduled appointment, and that email will include instructions on how to pay online with:

  • Any credit/debit card
  • Google/Apple/Amazon pay
  • ACH payments

We also accept cash in person if you would prefer to pay that way, just let us know. 

Yes- We require a full payment 14 days from the completion of your service. After 14 days, there will be a monthly payment late fee. If you have not paid yet, we will call to remind you after 7 days, then again after 14 days. 

Again: If you do not pay for your services 14 days after the job is completed, there is a 10% fee every month of nonpayment after that. 

Yes. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know! We can always come back out and fix any mistakes you think we may have made. Always get back to us on any improvements you think we can make. After all, you are the one that needs to be satisfied with our clean!
